The main objective of the project is to facilitate digital counseling and competence development of professionals implementing career counseling by working out a new, innovative modular blended-learning training programme reflecting the challenges of the 21st century. Questionnaires permitted to extract information necessary to identify digital tools employed or needed in e-Career Counseling and different modules that need to be developed and offered for e-Career Counselors.
